UFC 103: Franklin vs. Henderson II

Looks like Henderson is getting screwed out of his titleshot against The Spider... He'll be facing Rich Frankin in UFC 103 in a rematch.
I'm not entirely sure where I stand on this fight. I understand that the MMA community seems to be split on this decision, let's look at the facts:
For Henderson facing Franklin:
- his previous win against Franklin was sketchy at best, so if he wins this fight, it'll solidify him as a real contender.
- Franklin is ranked higher than Hederson (at least in my power rankings)
- Bisping was pretty slow, and totally set himself up for that devestating knock out
Against Henderson facing Franklin:
- he knocked out Bisping with such perfection, it'll probably be on the highlight reels for years to come
- Franklin's already had two shots at Anderson, and seems pretty content in moving up to the Light Heavyweights
- I'd rather keep the fighters in the divisions that they're in, as i'd rather see more Franklin fights and moving up in the light heavy weight ranks
That's the facts as I see it, though there's probably more and probably better arguments in this debate.
